Major costs over and above annual service have been:

Double Mass Flywheel seized during a track day with 42,000 miles on the clock.  Had the clutch replaced at the same time.

Vibration in steering required replacement of front wishbones.

Has had new disks all round twice.  Mainly due to warping them on track days by not letting them cool down properly.

Has had THREE!! indicator/wipers/lights stalk assemblies.

Distributor drive belt went luckily without causing any damage.

Replaced the three rear lamp lenses for later OE versions that don't mist up or crack so much.

Oil-level sender went at 54,000 miles.  Replaced this myself.  Here are instructions.

Rear wheel arch oil line slowly leaking at joint.   Replaced.
